Idraulica Sighinolfi Albano has always distinguished itselft by the quality of its products and since 1998 is certified EN ISO 9001 , updated in year 2002 to EN ISO 9001:2000.

 

The whole production system is organised with on-line sample quality controls that are increased where needed , according to our internal rulues of Iso 9001:2000. A release check is finally done on the cylinder before dispatch.

 

The evidence of these quality controls is recorded and saved.

 

Thanks to the cooperation with some external laboratories we can make deep and detailed check on weldings (ultrasound test, magnetoscopic test, radiography), materials (chemical and mechanical properties) and heat treatments (macrography). We have also trained internal technician as inspector II level in accordance to UNI EN 473:2001 - ISO 9712 for VT, MT and UT methods.

 

If needed, we can supply cylinders with 3.1C certification, realised with all primary certification societies as DNV, LR, GL, BV, ABS.

 

Our quality system boasts on a specific and well integrated software that guarantees the traceability of each check done.

 

The system plan all action of Quality Control: from each audit till the calibration of all instruments.
